HTC Arrive, the first Windows Phone 7 (smartphone) to run on Sprint’s CDMA network, will be available Sunday, with a price $199.99. The new HTC has feature copy-and-paste functionality, to earlier-shipping WP7 phones on networks run by AT&T and T-Mobile USA.
According to the Sprint document, the copy-and-paste functionality included with the Arrive. Microsoft addressed the copy and paste update to older WP7 phones, but the update won’t affect the timing of future updates, including the addition of multitasking, a Twitter feature and an HTML 5 version of Internet Explorer Mobile.
HTC Arrive, formerly called the HTC 7 Pro, is a sliding phone with a QWERTY keyboard that brings around the famous HTC tilting screen, and folded open completely, the screen tilts up like a tiny laptop. It’s got metal pieces and speakers complete the place, smoothly placed HTC and Sprint logos at the top of it’s face with a classic Windows logo down below.
As to other WP7 devices, HTC Arrive has specs perfect for you. So…. You’ve a 1-GHz first-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3.60 inches, 480 x 800 pixels screen, a 5-megapixel camera auto focus, and up to 16GB internal memory. Additionally, you also get access to the more 4,000 Windows Phone 7 apps.
